v0.27 Update:

• SATURN_V reworked, now deals 25 damage plus a 5dmg explosion, and has a cooldown of 2s and a windup of 2s. It is now a Severe Danger weapon

• New sprites for melee weapons

• new RAID_REACTOR, which is very fragile but has a overbooster cooldown reduction

• METEORIT_R cluster missiles and SOYUZ_V heavy missiles are now handsfree - auto-tracks targets!

• Fixed Bugs:

• Projectile lifetime not working

• Thing blocking shots in the O-Jou map is removed

• Rocks (the invincible walls) are now much less laggy

• HUD slots 3 and 4 will now be green when reloaded
