BUGS FIXED

* O-Jou now correctly charges at you more often.
* Fixed loud sound playing at spawn due to object pooling
* Fixed some memory leak issues related to too many projectiles

CHANGES

* OPTIMIZATION! I have almost quadrupled the FPS, according to the profiler.
* RAM usage down from 2.7gb to 1.3gb ish.
* You may now use things that consume energy as long as you have positive energy, bringing you down to a negative value.

BALANCE CHANGES

* METEORIT_R is no longer explosive, but the explosions were tiny so it shouldn't matter.
* AIRFRYER damage 40 -> 30
* KONDENZATOR reworked to fire 5 shots in a burst,
* POSTGIRL speed 10 -> 5
